Great hotel with an awesome view, location and staff.
The corner room with the full view of the arch was perfection however the TV had NO reception and the pillows were terrible. Needless to say a bad night sleep and no news or local programs to watch ���
I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. We travel a lot and we had some bad experiences with hotels. This hotel was very clean the staff was nice and helpful . I ordered extra pillows before I got there and sure enough they were in my room. We checked in early and our room was ready. The room was clean the entire hotel was clean. The location is perfect close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel and give it 5+ starts. We will be back next year.
The staff was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The only downside was we paid for valet parking but then had to carry all of our stuff to the parking garage and wait in line. The exact reason I will always park my own car… When I want to leave I can. Also the creepy little boy in the room next to ours just walked in through what was supposed to be a locked door between rooms. Glad I had clothes on!

We had an excellent stay, partial view rm but could see full full arch. Everyone was super friendly to us. Would stay here again!
We came for a one night stay. We had to find another parking garage to park in because the one for the hotel was full and they have no backup for that, you just have to pay for it. Once we got in the room, we found a nasty stain on the pillow. When house keeping showed up, she told us “it wasn’t like that before” as if we had done it ourself. She was extremely rude to us. Terrible experience all the way around.
Great location and hotel. Stayed here many times while in STL.
Loved this hotel.... staff was very friendly.... room was amazing and the view was outstanding..... don’t forget to check out the observation deck to get awesome pictures of the arch and the city
