Very disappointed..Overpriced and underdelivered..Rude..the rooms are tiny and filthy..Black mood in the shower..absolutely disgusting..
Excellent staff, everyone was super friendly. We stayed in the king arch had a beautiful view of the arch and Mississippi River.
The hotel is perfectly located .. Its right next to the arch.. Great view. And a special shout out to Terry and Armand from the valet team for being very helpful and effecient with what they do.. And loved the smile of the young girl who checked us out. (Dont remember her name.)
We stayed here for one night and loved it. Our room had a "partial view" of the arch, but we could see the entire arch. The staff was awesome.
Fabulous stay on the Fourth of July!
Amazing
My husband and I stayed on the 4th of July for our wedding anniversary and we had a fantastic stay! Everyone is so accommodating and very friendly! Room was beautiful and we were able to watch fireworks from the comfort of our room!! We will definitely be staying there again and will recommend to everyone!
I absolutely loved my stay here especially being able to look right out my window to see that amazing “Arch”! Simply “AMAZING”
