Architectural grandeur and posh luxury are clearly evident at this hotel. Checking in is an experience, as visitors marvel at the detailed lobby known as the Grand Hall. The arch located at the main entrance of the hotel is famed for its ability to echo whispers. The Hyatt also has an impressive and knowledgeable staff that goes out of its way to ensure visitors a comfortable stay. The hotel is connected to the heart of St. Louis Union Station, which makes shopping and dining as easy as walking out the door.

Not clean, ac won’t work. Have to pay $30 each day for parking. Not a great view.
Yes! Great service! Quiet rooms! Great location and view!
great location and view, very quiet well appointed rooms
We arrived tonight trying to make the most of our honeymoon despite the Coronavirus, which has totally killed the mood... this hotel has gone above and beyond since we walked through door. We recieved an amazing room, a club upgrade to include breakfast and dessert in the evening. We just ordered room service and they arrived shortly after delivering our food with complimentary champagne and dessert. They even cut the strawberries in little heart shapes! All of the staff is super sweet and helpful and the views are amazing. ... read more
I have to say that the hotel does a very good job of customer service. I had an issue with their corporate not refunding a room. I asked for the refund due to the conference canceling with the coronavirus but unfortunately due to policy with corporate would not refund the hotel. After working with the hotel they fully refunded my room. I can’t say that I will stay with Hyatt on a corporate level, But I will stay at this hotel specifically again
crazy fun!................
Pretty room yet seemed small. If you want anything it costs. No complementary coffee, breakfast, or drinks. Bottles of water in room $3 but does have a frig.
nice rooms, great downtown central location
We got a room with an arch view for 2 nights over $500, no walk in shower, breakfast was extra AND parking was an extra $40 a day. Alot of the hotel was under construction and staff was not very friendly. The room was very spacious and nice but dont drink the bottles of water in your room they are an extra $3 each. overall very disappointed
