RecommendedPet friendly, great location
Our family spent new years eve here. The staff were very professional, the restaurant let us take our meals to the room and the view of the arch was incredible. I highly recommend staying here.
Less than stellar front desk folks. Clearly aren’t aware of WOH tier benefits. All acted like they couldn’t have cared less that guests were there.
Horrible customer service. Front desk workers disappeared. No bellman.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would come again.
