HORRIBLE check in experience, the front desk workers were extremely rude to work with and not understanding of our situation. After an hour of talking back and forth we finally got into our room. I did ask to speak the a manager but one never came and speak with us. Once in our room we found a urine stained shower curtain, scratches on the furniture, and dust everywhere. The staff is incredibly dilligent and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, I love the location on the heart of Downtown Minneapolis.
Had an absolutely wonderful time here. Fantastic place to stay, I would recommend it to anyone. A great location in downtown Minneapolis. Maya at the front desk was nothing short of amazing great customer service and cater to our every need. Great overall experience staying here!
