The hotel is well connected to Minneapolis's skyways that allow one to traverse downtown without ever having to venture outside. It is close to everything including the convention center and the famous Guthrie Theater. Many of the rooms, especially on the upper floors, offer excellent views of the surrounding region.

Phenomenal venue for meeting with excellent customer service from employees. Clean atmosphere.
It was great except lumpy blanket ( time to replace) and no make up mirror in poorly lit bathroom. And no exhaust fan? People so friendly and helpful!

For the price I paid I expected a lot nicer room with working lamps, a microwave and a working thermostat. Room was way to hot. Next time I travel to Minneapolis I'm looking for a different Hotel.
This hotel makes any trip feel special! Stunning common areas and wonderful hospitality (even catered to our toddlers with a playpen, adjusted pool temperature, free milk & fruit cup when they didn't have the breakfast item they wanted). Also appreciated the views of Minneapolis.
Of I could give 0 stars I would. The first room we had, would not cool down, it kept getting hotter. The maintenance man came up, said yeah it's not working. Now room #2, keep in mind it's after 10pm and I have 2 kids with me. The room was cooler, however when we woke up my daughter and I both had bites on us and there was a bug in the room on the floor. Always great service from every department while I am there for the MN DECA and MN BPA conferences. Amy rocks it out of the park every year! Great job Hyatt!
