The hotel is well connected to Minneapolis's skyways that allow one to traverse downtown without ever having to venture outside. It is close to everything including the convention center and the famous Guthrie Theater. Many of the rooms, especially on the upper floors, offer excellent views of the surrounding region.

With it being NYE, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait line to check-in - 10 mins, tops, and most likely not even that long. Every person on staff that I interacted with was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I stayed alone so it was really comforting to be greeted with a smile and polite nature. It's so clean! The beds are the best. A woman in the Market really helped us find what we were looking for in town too.
Great hotel friendly staff nice facilities. However for some reason the hotel was kind of dusty. the room I was in was covered in dust
It being the Hyatt I was expecting better. The room had dust over everything. I disnt need to do a white glove test I used my finger instead. The cafe downstairs I thought was Starbucks and I asked and they said we used their products. Pricing was extreme a bottle of water with them was $3.25 and in the room was $3.50. Never in my life for a regular bottle of water. Outrageous! I could go on and on, but overall not what i expected from Hyatt���
