The hotel is well connected to Minneapolis's skyways that allow one to traverse downtown without ever having to venture outside. It is close to everything including the convention center and the famous Guthrie Theater. Many of the rooms, especially on the upper floors, offer excellent views of the surrounding region.

Probably a nice hotel, but I'll never know. I had prepaid my room. PREPAID. Due to weather, I arrived before noon the next day instead of late the night before, but the hotel had already resold my room. Keep in mind no one slept in that room that night. Could they have bothered to email or call me? Didn't someone wonder if all the previous day's bad weather might have delayed guest arrivals?
Beautiful hotel, has everything a traveler would need after a long flight! Also has continual shuttle busses that will run you to and from the airport or mall of america. They take care of everything for you after a long day of traveling!
Nice room, great amenities. Was here for a conference over 5 days and it was very convenient to be able to go from my room directly to the conference on the 4th floor. Comfortable bed, nice shower, power on the night stands made it easy and convenient to charge my phone at night. Restaurants and a Target in walking distance. Room had a free safe an small refrigerator.
Amazing hotel with amazing staff! You have to see the inside to know its true beauty! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Minneapolis or locals needing a staycation!
