Customer service is NOT Hyatt level. Front desk check in took 4 hours to get a room . Unacceptable to wait till 5:15 PM from my 1:30 time I checked in . Pool attendants were rude to customers . Other then that room was old but clean . Too many other hotels that appreciate your business in the area. Hyatt needs to up heir game . Had been here before and loved it, that’s why we went back . 😢
Was very relaxing customer service was wonderful......very Tranquil Environment... However we asked for a very deep tissue massage unfortunately they did not give us the deep tissue massage we asked for... The Jacuzzi tub was not hot at all it was like a very Luke warm bath so you really couldn't enjoy the Jacuzzi tub....however everything else at the spa was nice ...... Over all it was a good nice experience though.
Luxury! The staff is wonderful. Food excellent. Loved my entire experience here.
