Beautiful hotel and location! Had a fantastic honeymoon here and the staff are very friendly, love the pool cave area fab for grabbing a drink and there is local shops and had some amazing food at Leilani’s on the beach!
I would recommend all couples to visit this place to enrich their love .... beautiful relaxing & adventurous spot... all time favorite place �
Location is great but this is a 3rd rate or less hotel from quality of hotel rooms, corridors , facilities. The only nice area is the shopping facility. maybe they spend money on the time share hotel areas is what they are about. Seems more important selling timeshares than the hotel faculty. Yuck. Not a nice facility, needs major upgrade for what they charge. Condos are cheaper in the area and WAILEA is a much better value and cleaner nicer surroundings. BeCh area is also in restoration Mode. THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!. HYATT STYLE!!! ONLY IN HYATT.!!! The luxury apartment was so comfortable and beatifull, always clean !!! The attenion from the assistence we need in any time we asked were esceptional. They inmediatly came and attend us as kings. The atractions they have are wanderfull and the personal they have works with hight efficiency thak you very much
Had black mold all over the room I have tons of pictures how ever can post here but I will post an tag , I did make a report and was told they were going to call me regarding the issue in room 622 nothing for almost 2weeks and I was told that they were going to call me so I will be posting about 10 photos of the unsanitary room filled with black mold and by the way everyone is entitled to rent out a mold free room
