We got Married at the Hyatt 6 years ago, it’s an amazing hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks and We had our rehearsal dinner at the luau and that was an amazing experience ! We love this place and can’t wait to go back
The Luau was very disappointing. Service was lax and drinks watered down. Only 9 dancers and none of them in shape. The Drums of the Pacific program is way over hyped.... the show doesn't even compare to years ago. Photographer couldn't even properly frame a picture, we were cut off. Only Pro is the food was good!
We absolutely love the Hyatt Regency Maui. We have stayed here at least once and sometimes twice a year since 1987. The hotel has great service and the most friendly staff including the restaurants and bar areas. Our favorites include Emalu and Regency Club staff who always recognize us and show us a great time. I stayed here for my honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Not to mention the restaurant, Japengo was just fabulous! This hotel had great views and overall great atmosphere! Can’t wait to visit again.
