Amazing resort. So much to offer. Loved what it had to offer kids. Beautiful location. Great restaurants. Thank you. We had an amazing time.
Best vacation ever . Loved loved the friendly staff. Everyone had the Aloha spirit. We had a great room with the ocean view. Thanks for the upgrade . Even when the power went out the staff was very accommodating to us . We got $400 in hotel credit for the inconvenience. We used it for some delicious happy he food and drinks. Probably one of the best location at Ka’anapali beach resort area, closest to the beach than you can smell the sand! Nice pool with waterfalls , slides, hanging bridge etc., restaurants are good especially Umalu for dinner and swan court for breakfast! Only negative part is that rooms need some renovation as it is an old construction, and bathrooms are really small
It’s no wonder this hotel has over 500 poor or terrible TripAdvisor reviews. The service is not Hyatt level and I wonder if Hyatt is even paying attention to the feedback about this property. To be fair I will say they did refund one day of my stay and after I wrote one of those negative TripAdvisor reviews I did get a call from management to apologize for the quality of the service and all of the issues with my stay, primary of which was a lack of functioning hot water. We stayed in a oceanfront room (2 weeks)and recommend you do the same! Was able to see the whales go by, great private view. Food & drinks were good. Only drawback was, had to call for wash clothes, towels and coffee multiple times. I highly recommend the Hyatt!
Amazing and fabulous experience! Highly recommend Beach, Pool and total resort experience!
