Whatever you do, Please for the love of god...never trust anyone to valet park your car. ESPECIALLY not at this hotel. Smashed my car after charging me $76 dollars. Then pulled up and laughed in my face when questioned about the dent and scratch along the side of my car. Thankfully the manager came and attempted to compensate for their drivers god awful customer service. The worst service i have EVER experienced and i wouldn’t recommend those people to even drive a golf cart.
Nice hotel have to love my view of NYC. Staff is exceptional.
Sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr und allein aus diesem Grund 5 Sterne 🌟. Die U-Bahn fährt praktisch durch den Keller und die Fähren nach Downtown legen direkt am Hotel an. Wir empfehlen für die U-Bahn die MetroCard. Aufladen und los gehts. Frühstück ist nicht ganz preiswert, aber gut. Die Bar ist zu empfehlen, lokale Biersorten. Zimmer mit kingsize Bett war sauber und die Aussicht auf das Empire State Building,HAMMER.
Nice view of Manhattan, conveniently located next to exchange place (PATH) station to WTC and ferry to NYC and liberty island. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are nice, staff are friendly and professional, breakfast buffet is good but the amount of food choices could be better.
Great hotel wonderful views
The view is excellent, the transportation is excellent but the room is very dirty, towel..when we checked in, there were still ash on the table, how come there is ash on a non smoking room? I never seen towel so old and yellowish.. The blanket... My daughter said she is not coming back

The view from our room's balcony was incredible and breathtaking. The room looked like many others enjoyed it before - but it was absolutely clean.
