literally, no one at this hotel cares. Dec 13th. I knew I was checking in late, so I called at 8pm to make sure a king bed was reserved for us when we arrived after midnight. (It’s never fun to check In at 1am to unexpected surprises). The person who answered the phone confirmed that a king room on the 5th floor was reserved. Great!
