Very dirty and need lots of upgrade. Carpets are so dirty it is not healthy . I could not use the sofa 🛋 in my room without asking house keeping to bring extra sheet to cover it up
I was so excited to stay, once again, at the Hyatt Jersey on the Hudson, but this time it was a disappointment. This hotel doesn't have a great location...it has THE BEST LOCATION! Right on the Hudson River overlooking the Freedom tower! Things that have changed since I last stayed there 5 years ago....nothing. Starting to look dated in the rooms. RecommendedWe are finally settled back in at home, and I had some time to sit down & write this updated review. As you will know from reading my past review, we had many issues related to our prior stay & resolving those with a manager. However, we just came back from staying at the Hyatt Regency JC over 7/3-7/5/19. There is nothing I can say besides - it was EXEMPLARY in every aspect!. The room was incredibly loud, drunk people downstairs all night and nothing that reception was able to do to contain it. While I appreciate dog friendly hotels, this one had dogs barking the entire night and it was impossible to sleep. Downstairs is very rundown.
