I was given a gift certificate for a stay at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. It said on the certificate “buffet breakfast included.” I pointed this out when I made the reservation, and employee said that this was true. When I checked in I asked at front desk and was told that breakfast was included. When I received bill at breakfast I told waitress, and she said that I should put room number on receipt and it would be deducted. This is where anyone should stay looking to experience NY w/out staying there... Walk a few steps to the Path, now running 24 hours, or take the Water Taxi! Where else can you have the most spectacular views of the NY City skyline!!! The rooms are fabulous, staff so genuine & accommodating and service impeccable!
