I was given a gift certificate for a stay at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. It said on the certificate “buffet breakfast included.” I pointed this out when I made the reservation, and employee said that this was true. When I checked in I asked at front desk and was told that breakfast was included. When I received bill at breakfast I told waitress, and she said that I should put room number on receipt and it would be deducted.
