Couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay during our 10-day stay in New York. Great staff, proper cocktails made in the bar (worth every penny), quality breakfast, either buffet or a la carte. Right next to Exchange Place Path station which takes you to arguably the best transport hub I’ve ever seen within 5 minutes (Oculus - WTC). Plenty of amenities around the hotel (supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, post office, banks, ferry, etc. You name it). Best view of Manhattan. Our family was in town for memorial services for Detective Joseph Seals. The staff was very compassionate and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. David, Edna, Zunlida, and Bruce were just a few of the many staff members that made our stay extra special. The hotel was in a convenient location with beautiful views of New York City. I highly recommend this hotel.
We were in town for funeral services and stayed for 4 nights. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. The restaurant staff was very comforting and understanding of our family situation. I would like to personally thank Edna and Zunlida from the restaurant and Bruce from Vallet services. There were many other staff members that we encountered during our stay and we would like to send our gratitude to all of those individuals as well.
