We were checked in to a room that had an issue with drains & smells. We reported the issue via their text service, their response indicated this is a first complaint on the matter & offered no resolution. We later came to realise other members of our group were initially allocated that room & were moved because of a drain issue. Eventually we were moved. Excellent room and location Very good pool facilities, looking to rebook in the future.
Fantastic stay here for two nights with my two daughters & grandson. The apartment was amazing, so spacious & clean. All the staff were amazing from reception to the housemaids. Would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay again.
From booking to pre check-in to arrival, our experience of Hy was excellent. They were quick to help us with my Mum who has mobility issues and made sure we were so well taken care of. Starbucks grab and go breakfast suited us and we were just sad not to have chance to use the facilities. Thanks to all of you for making our stay a fab one!
We were in room 405 for two nights. There was an overwhelming smell of drains as you enter block 4 which was unpleasant, but fortunately not noticeable in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was really nice and clean and big fluffy towels provided. Apartment was reasonably well appointed but there was no hand soap anywhere in the apartment or a tea towel which seemed odd.
