The hotel is lovely. Really stylish and comfortable, with beautiful, lush rooms. The bed was cosy, and the shower and bath were really nice. The one caveat I would offer is that because of the area, it was VERY noisy at night. The double glazing didn't really seem to keep any noise out at all so it was a constant parade of sirens, car horns, and chatter from the street throughout the night.
Fabulous hotel, amazing staff and very comfortable rooms. Excellent position in Kensington. Would highly recommend. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again.

Wouldn't stay again, poor customer service. I regret to write this but I've exhausted my options with the hotel. The welcome when we arrived wasn't particularly warm or friendly, which unfortunately turned out to be a good indication of the customer service overall. After checking out, I had an issue with the card pre-authorisation where money was taken from my card and not returned for two weeks.
