We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We could have used a few more keys for our family members, and more fobs for the gym would have been helpful. Also we needed a dryer with the washer. All staff were friendly and helpful! Fun decor and super clean! We’ll definitely return on our next trip to London!
The Hux Hotel in London is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Super clean, peaceful and comfortable with an excellent location and a beautiful view The hotel offers great privacy making the stay even more enjoyable. I want to sincerely thank Aitaf and Hanad at the reception they went above and beyond to help me and made sure I was happy throughout my stay Their warm and genuine service really made me feel at home I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel.
Hôtel magnifique et très bien placé. L’hôtel est très propre et très bien équipé avec eau , thé et café . Nous avons eu la chambre 405 qui était assez grande avec un petit escalier. C’était mansardé mais assez spacieux pour le centre de Londres. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de porte laissée ouverte après le passage des agents de nettoyage mais nous avons été écouté et heureusement rien n’a été volé . Un verre gratuit ou un petit geste commercial aurait été apprécié cependant en compensation.
Clean, modern room, comfy bed, toiletries provided and plenty of towels and robes. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Window blinds were not blackout, so very light from early in the morning, and windows not double glazed and did not close completely in their frames, so outside noise from road/people/traffic constant. Air con was efficient and easy to access room with card after hours. Staff very polite and friendly.
