Recently had a tooth removed at hurstwood park which is a depressing little building to even spend a day in let alone be stuck in bed recovering from surgery - the door from the ward was wide open to the corridor where people for outpatients etc were walking past as my bed was on the end I was so aware people were looking at me which when your face is completely swollen from having teeth removed is awful. Routine check up
If you're mobility is imparred, as mine is, do NOT park in the main car park as it is a very long walk around to the building. Instead, drive around the main hospital and park in one of the car parks at the back of the hospital. There is a very limited number of disabled parking spaces available, and if you have a blue badge, parking is free. I'll update on service and care from the staff and consultants once I've recovered from the walk!
