My daughter she got special needs, and I just came back from our weekend away, the reason why we choose this hotel because its very close to HarryPotter Studio, and it had a swimming pool as we both love swimming, on our first night we both decided to go swimming we both enjoyed the swim, then we went into the changing room, to have a shower, my daughter slipped into the shower as the step was high, and hurt her foot. We booked this venue for a family baby shower and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The venue charged a £600 hosting fee plus nearly £30 per person for afternoon tea, which we expected would come with a high standard of service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On the day, there was only one waiter for 25 guests, leaving us feeling neglected throughout.
