Very rude. I went to get quarters through the drive through. After I gave them my dl and cc and signed the withdraw slip they broke the roll accidentally and asked me to come inside. No problem. Inside they told me it was against policy to request quarters through drive up window. I said fine, but how am I supposed to know that. I suggested hanging up a sign, or simply telling me before trying to do it. Manager got all pissy. My mortguage refi payed off my auto loan with this bank on oct 5 2021...they over payed them by almost $700.00...it is now nov 17th 2021..i still have not recieved the overpayment back..i have made several attempts to contact the bank...today i was told i have to fill out a stop payment form (which they said was mailed on the 9th) today is the 17th. Horrible customer service, September, 14 I closed my checking account before they merged to Hunnington. Aparrently, the manager didn't close my account even though she gave me the leftover funds in the ************* made sure there weren't any pending transactions. I deposited a check Monday 11/8/2021 immediately my account was locked and hold put on the check. I was told its because the accounts new your account will be unlocked and check deposited tues 11/16/2021 still no answers accounts still locked and every manager and customer service rep say we dont know we just have to wait now . Im ****** and disgusted no answers lock out of my own money

I have had tcf bank for multiple years with no problems. Huntington has screwed me over! Just today my ******** credit card account got closed because of this bank and their faulty systems. I tried making a credit card payment with my routing and account number. I made a payment on Oct 31, ( my due date for the credit card was November 4th) it showed it was processing. Then it was rejected by my 'bank' apparently. I tried making another payment on the 4th of November. It got rejected again! I got notification ( on the 10th) ... read more

My wife had her boss deposit her check into the back for **** dollars and the bank only deposited 125 of it and not the other **** dollars. Once we called to let them know they stated it would be reversed within a day. 3 days later nothing but, excuses on why it hasn't been deposited yes and not sure when it will be fixed. should be no stars. I was a TCF customer for 20+ years. Closed my account in September and Huntington said they were sending my balance (~*******) to my home address. Never received it. Call their customer service line weekly (they keep me on hold for 1 hour, say they are looking into it and hang up on me or say they are getting back to me, but never do. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would! This is the worst banking company Ive ever had the misfortune to work with!! Asked to close my account, and wanted a cashiers check with the remaining balance. He gave me the check and I left. The next day I check to see if my account has indeed been closed, and I find a have a negative balance. The MANAGER wrote me a check that was more then my balance!! I have tried for four days to find out why my scheduled payments are being rejected. After being on the phone for 40 minutes last night, it all of a sudden said to try my call tomorrow and hung up. I tried the first two days for a call back and did not receive a call back. I was on the phone today for an hour before I had to go back to work and hang up. How can I get anything resolved if no one will communicate with me?
