I have had nothing but problems with this bank since they took over ****. I have my mortgage through here. They are always messing it up. Sick of this. I started doing transfers to another bank with the savings account I have there. Im done. The Huntington Branch @ *************** in *********,** has employed by far the RUDEST most unprofessional set of people I've EVER had to deal with. I asked to speak with a Banker and the banker doesn't even try to help he tells me to call customer support, when I told him I was directed to them He then proceeds to hangup on me. so I call back because I had more questions. I am at a Huntington bank on a Saturday at noon. They have a sign sorry we are closed for today. The hours state Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. It says to use the **** The *** is not working nor accepting cash. I have taken pictures of all signs from this location.

It is one of the most disrespectful banks I have ever done, business with. I had one of the worst experiences, both ladies working behind the counter laughed at my elderly mother mocking her, made her tell her business so the whole branch could hear. Not knowing of her hearing problem. Huntington Bank doesnt seem to have evolved or updated since ****. Online banking with Huntington is just terrible. Want to schedule a recurring loan payment? Get ready to wait for them to physically mail you a form to fill out and return. Want to change the payment date? Another form. Want to get help with something? Wait on hold for 30+ minutes. Want to log in to the web interface? Good luck, it barely works. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. Really anywhere else ought to be better.

Stay away by all means from this fraudulent bank! They are stealing money from people's account. They stole $2,500 from my account and refuse to refund, despite weeks spent on the phone with them, submitting various complaints and doing everything to retrieve the money they stole from me. Corporate office employee stole the money from my account! If I could leave zero stars I would. Huntington is the worst bank that I have ever had the unfortunate experience of banking with. They charge excessive fees. Huntington is attempting to get people who are below the poverty line to drop their bank so they can scramble to find a different bank in the middle of a pandemic. Terrible service, ripped me off, wont do the research to help me as I overpayed my loan after a refi with another company. 3 checks were sent to them and I have the tracking numbers and name of the person that signed for them.. they never got applied to my loan so interest kept racking up.. this took 3 months to achieve and now they wont and at least 20 phone calls and I just get the run around.
