This camp site and pub are just perfect. The camp site has all you need and very spacious. The pub is excellent as is the food, the Sunday carvery is top notch. Please do not be put off by negative reviews, come and see for yourself. The staff from checking in and serving in the bar and restaurant are to be commended, they are a slick team and it shows. Thank you all, see you soon. 👍
We camped here for one night whilst travelling and booked the same day so very last minute. Was welcomed as soon as we arrived and as it was quiet, we were given an electric pitch (even though we only had a car and tent and no need for electricity) so that we could be closer to the toilets etc which was very thoughtful and kind! The photos don't do it justice. It's a beautiful campsite. The Inn is lovely. Great food portions and very tasty! The campsite has everything you need as well as a lockable gate to keep the kids safe (great idea). Toilets and showers were clean and tidy as well as the campsite as a whole. The pub food was excellent with good portion sizes. Will definitely book here again.
