Great site. Good facilities and lovely, helpful staff - I’ll be back
Great campsite, nice and quiet, great pub with good ale and food
Stayed here for 3 nights. 10am on Monday morning they started cutting down confir trees still going till 5pm on the night then decided to burn all the trees what was chopped down. We complained manager said she needed to get rid of the rubbish. Next day it was still burning our car & tent was covered in sinders. So she gave us the hose to clean the car & tent. She gave us 5% off the evening meal bill absolutely rubbish. We won't be back. They don't care about customers.
Just spent a couple of nights here. Great pitches, and clean. Toilet block is basic but clean too and the shower was a piping hot power shower! Very impressed. Food in the pub was fantastic! And reasonably priced.
A good weekend spent here with friendly, very efficient staff, and enjoyed two well presented meals. Would recommend and hope to come back soon
