Absolutely awful experience, be very weary of this agency especially as a student. We had endless problems over the entire year: moved in to an uncleaned house, rat infestation, never-ending mold that our landlord did not do anything substantial to get rid of or prevent, and just a generally terribly kept house. Hunters were always unhelpful and seemingly do not contact the landlords they represent as we rarely heard from ours in a timely manner about any of our issues.
