Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest, Time-Wasting and Seller-Trapping Agents . This so-called estate agent completely wasted 5 months of my time with a buyer who was never financially ready. I recently sold my house with Hunters Pudsey and I cannot fault them. From the initial valuation with Jack, to Jackie & Georgia achieving a sale and Lavinia progressing through to completion, I was kept regularly updated and nothing was ever too much of a problem. A sale was agreed within a week after going to best and final offers and completion happened in 10 weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this team to anybody I know wanting to sell or even buy!

I was initially impressed with this estate agent during the valuation stage — the person who came out was professional, knowledgeable, and set what seemed to be a high standard. I chose Hunter's to sell my property due to the quality of the service they offer. Nothing was too much trouble and they did all the viewings for me.
