Lovely meal and outstanding view. Service was ok, I think the staff could do with a little training.
Didn't stay here, but was the venue for a family get together. We had lunch and the food was excellent. The service was great and the room was full with a super atmosphere.
Visited the hotel after a 3 hour drive from Birmingham with high expectations. Booked a luxury double room with a mountain view but been put in a standard room with no explanation. Once realized the mistake we went to the kind receptionist who advised us to wait for the manager. After the arrival from the manager (who came after half an hour) he tried to make us think that there was no mistake with the booking. Only stopped for tea. Lovely place. You need a reservation for lunch. Staff was excellent. The grounds are beautiful
