They personally have lost one of my 401k contributions, and blamed it on a bug. Pretty sure a company with $300M+ in funding should do better.

This is the worst 401K company i had in my career. I wish my job never got these guys! I started my 401K distribution on october 22nd to receive funds and til this day 11/12/21 i still haven't receive anything. To much missed emails, not getting back to me in a timely manner. **************** telling me wrong information etc.For the last 3 weeks there have been TONS of misunderstanding with them sending me forms, emailed 10 times and called 5 times and were still only half way trying to get my loan processed.Word of caution.... read more

Human Interest seems completely unable to rollover my 401k. Initially they told me it would take 2-3 weeks. We are not approaching 90 days and it is still not moved. Similar to ******* review, they are claiming an "engineering issue". When I tried to press and understand what the issue is specifically, they are unable to articulate it. They say that they are working on this and apologize for the delay. I don't care about apologies I just want the money transferred. Terrible experience when initiating a rollover. Human Interest was the 401(k) provider for my previous company. I left my previous employer on March 5th, and requested that my 401(k) be rolled over into my new account when I started a new job in April. It is now August and an "engineering issue" has prevented the money from being rolled over into my new account. I can't even give them a review. They made it very difficult to get my funds and delayed, stalled so much that I had to borrow money. Terrible company!

Mr. Isaac was provided a timeframe of 3-4 weeks after receipt of the proper documentation to receive the requested funds for Hardship Distribution. The funds were dispersed and received by the participant within 12 business days. Hardship Distribution timelines are projected to be 3-4 weeks due to volume of requests received as well as time allowed for trades and processing.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 1/4 STAR. THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY SINCE FEBRUARY WITH A BLACKOUT DATE ENDING 4/22/21. THEY PUSHED THE BLACKOUT DATE THREE TIMES!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY AND WONT LET YOU GET TO IT. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ADP

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It's been a complete nightmare working with this company. We've been having issues since implementation (July of 2020) and were told they'd be fixed in January 2021. Still not fixed. No one answers emails, no one will fix the issues. I can't even get managers to respond to emails, it's such a joke. My employees request fund changes, 2-3 days pass and nothing changes and no one answers emails as to why. It took 6 months to see these changes last time. Human Interest is one of the most unprofessional and incompetent businesses with which I have had the misfortune of dealing. They fraudulently withdrew almost $10,000 from our business bank account and have yet to return it.

I submitted a request to rebalance my stock over a month ago and it still hasn't happened. I submitted a request to their support team weeks ago and even though they were initially responsive, they haven't been able to help me, and more recently their support team has stopped giving me any information about my request, to the point where I'm guessing they are just hoping I forget about my request.
