i have never worked with a worst company. when we signed up to start a 401K plan they promised we could deposit $60,000 in our first year. it took almost 6 months to confirm this ( i was told it should take no more that 1 1/2 days) and they came back with $19,300 was the maximum we could fund. i tried to find out why, and no one would return a phone call i was passed on to 4-5 people and no one would call me back!i made the deposit and it was never invested for a month. again i inquired to 4-5 people and no one would call me... read more

I have been trying to close my 401k and withdraw the funds. I completed all the necessary paperwork and waited but when I asked where my distribution was, As of today I havent seen where the **** my distribution is, but I am getting no response at all. I've tried calling but no one answers the phone. At this point, I'm wondering if there is fraud going on, if maybe they don't have my money, and that's why they can't disburse the funds to me. I don't know what recourse I have.

The customer service is the worst I have ever had. The customer support number I have called many times and they don't answer. I have emailed the support and they give you an automated reply with a number but never return the email. I have emailed my account manager several times about an RMD and refers me to another department that never gets back to me. Miss appropriated my 401k then said they didn't receive it when the check had been cashed and cleared. Then took a hardship loan that had written email of the confirmation and distribution of loan within the week. Then when the week passed and no loan was received I called back to only find out it was denied and no notification was sent of so. worst company to work with for 401k. you will get nothing but a run around to get your distribution checks and they will not respond to your email and by telephone they just say someone will call you back.

This company is trash, so poorly run and an ***** attorney opportunity. Strongly push your HR leadership to terminate any agreements and find better 401k options.

I submitted a loan request a month ago! Since then Ive had to call and chase them every week! At first they didnt know if my plan admin needed to approve of the loan or not. Finally a week later they got the approval and then spent another week validating my vested hours with the company; Ive been with the company nearly 10 years which means Im 100% twice over! My company uses Human Interest and they are awesome. Ive never had an problem and when I've needed help they have always been super helpful and responsive.
