I would have given no stars. I have been trying to get my money for almost 5 months. I have contacted the *********** over this. They also adjusted my profile and stated I did it in an email sent to me. I have been going back in forth with them. There is another employee that I work with trying to receive her money as well. These people are thieves..
I exceeded my contribution and after 4 months of ongoing emails, they still have not refunded me. Last I heard from them was 2 months ago when they said my request has been sent for processing. I checked back in 2 weeks ago and support said she sent a note to the processing team. No update from that. Where is my money? They better be paying me interest for holding my money. I've let our HR team know that this company takes our money which causes significant employee distress.

Just the absolute worst company you could use for your employees retirement planning. Zero customer service, they'll answer the phones (but not the emails) and tell you they'll call you back but never do. Can't escalate me to a manager even after asking for it. When it comes time, it takes months and months to get your own money transferred or out . If they can even accommodate it. You are at the mercy of a support team that can't find or access the right systems to get you updates on your transfer. Literally the worst exper... read more

HORRIBLE. Stay away. I am the company owner and decided to switch out existing 401K plan to HI. What a huge mistake. It has been nothing but problems and issues since we started. And to make matters worse, they didnt complete the transfer from our original 401K plan, started theres and started withdrawing funds. We stopped it before they could take out anymore, but it has been since April that we have been trying to get our funds back. I retired on 7.15.22. I will be requesting a 401k rollover. In their web portal it says that they can only mail your check to you via ***** They do not offer either certified or registered mail. I find this extremely concerning and disturbing that they send paper checks without sending them via certified or registered mail. Human interest is a total scam player in the 401k space! It takes six weeks to rollover, this is our process. Its been over six weeks to rollover no check in site and lost $2k. Total scam! There should be a class action lawsuit soon, or banking regulators involved. Evil company! They purposely delay funds.

They told me it would take about 4 weeks to receive a disbursement. Its now been over 12 weeks. No sign of my money, no explanation, zero remorse, zero effort to resolve the issue. One of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. It brings me to tears how awful my experience with this company has been.

My complaint is the same as some of the others that I've read in regards to cancelling the service. They never return calls or emails. Its very frustrating. They make it very easy to sign up with their program. They will get your checking account information and make it very difficult to stop payments from being taken out of your account. Be very careful of this company. SO AGAIN. I WILL GO ON RECORD. "WE WISH TO TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY"
