Moving my company 401k to Human Interest was easy and seamless.
Very easy to setup and explains for someone who isnt quite sure how 401(k)s work. User interface is made easy to navigate.
The website and the company was easy to navigate through If I didn't get laid Off by general exclusions I would probably still be Contributing to the 401
Sign up to Human Interest was easy. Only took a couple of minutes. Super easy to sign up, wish the company my company would have offered 401k soon.

So far so good the response has been quick and glad my company provides this it's definitely needed
I'm a new user and so far so good. I did hit a snag where I was supposed to receive my welcome email within the first 3 days of my start date which didn't happen but my HR reached out and it was resolved. The platform is user friendly and the enrollment process was straightforward.

It took months to get rollover checks from Human Interest. **************** was responsive and considerate, particularly on the phone, but not always competent--they asked me three or four times for my address and the payable-to for my checks. Then they wouldn't arrive. When I asked if they could send them with delivery confirmation, they said that was impossible.
