I submitted a loan request a month ago! Since then Ive had to call and chase them every week! At first they didnt know if my plan admin needed to approve of the loan or not. Finally a week later they got the approval and then spent another week validating my vested hours with the company; Ive been with the company nearly 10 years which means Im 100% twice over! My company uses Human Interest and they are awesome. Ive never had an problem and when I've needed help they have always been super helpful and responsive.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I requested a disbursement well over a month ago. they told me I had to wait 30 days. I told them it was because of a hardship. They authorized disbursement over 10 days ago and keep telling me its 3-5 business days. I check with my bank daily and they tell me they have nothing. This company has to be a complete fraud and how they keep getting away with this beside me. I am going to report them to every entity I can.

I have been dealing with Human Interest for the past 30 days trying to take out what was left in my retirement from a previous employer. I have been lied to on 4 different occasions saying that my funds have been processed even though they still are not.I have tried to get someones attention to this matter and still keep getting a run around by them. No one follows through with calls.This is the worst experience ever

We began using Human Interest in 2021. All went well until 2022 when they completely botched my books and mishandled the withholding and contributions. They did not apply employer contributions when they should have and did give credit for contributions they shouldn't have. They have deducted employee contributions form paychecks of those who have never signed up and didn't withhold when they should have. My employer started using Human Interest in 2019. It's April 19, 2023 and still no 2022 annual statement. It's the same thing every year. I've had to contact them every year now for 4 years before I can get an annual report, and then it still takes weeks. They never forget to deduct their fees, but just try to contact them for service. Ameritrade and ************ annual reports within 2 days, and these clowns can't generate one in 3-1/2 months? This is the most incompetent financial institution I have ever encountered. Our company has used Human Interest for 9 months, with absolutely no issues so far. The implementation was easy, both from the staff perspective and from the perspective of our Admin team who had to implement it. It easily integrated with our payroll system (TriNet / Zenefits), and once it was all set up, we basically never had to think about it again because everything happens so smoothly

I would not recommend them to my dog; this company has ruined my ****account and has held it hostage. They are inefficient, liars, and do not have solutions. Please advise that they are not helpful and do not have the infrastructure to maintain a proper ****.
