For years I have wasted my time using companies like zerorez and the other dime a dozen companies. With those companies, not only would we have to wait for up to 24 hours for the carpet to dry, once it did the stains would reappear and a chemical smell lingered for days. My experience with Hughes was completely different. I was literally walking around the house in socks while Kyle was still there. I called Hughes during their flash sale last week. I spoke to the owner, who by the way is a pretty cool guy to chat with, and he set me up for 3/17 to have my terrace level carpets cleaned. George arrived promptly at 9am, explained the process and knocked everything out in a little over an hour. All stains and odors (we have a pet) were completely gone and the clean lemony smell was throughout my house. I would highly recommend Hughes and will certainly use them going forward.
I have been using Hughes Dry for many years, and have always been happy with the result. Wesley is very thorough and professional and does a great job every time.
They were extremely responsive and professional. We are very happy with how well our carpets were cleaned. George did a fantastic job.
Today I learned so much from Westley about carpets and the wear in traffic areas. I had a room that I thought I may have to replace carpet. He did such a good job and the carpets haven't look this good in several years. A great choice of Carpet Cleaner.
