My master bedroom carpet had stretched out very badly and needed to be repaired. I read the Hughes Dry ad in the Forsyth County Verified Home Services magazine, and decided to try them out. The estimate was in writing and done very professionally; a date was set for the repair. The men who repaired the carpet arrived on time and were courteous, professional and friendly. We had our carpet repaired today and I’m very pleased with the service. Wesley did a great job. He showed up right on time and took his time making the job perfect! You can’t even tell where it’s been fixed! He was very professional and it’s obvious he cares about his work. I would highly recommend this company.
My carpets look great. The technician was very professional. Not only does the carpet look like new the path areas turned out great also.

The office personnel I spoke with were the epitome of true customer service. My 17 month old is in the hospital battling liver cancer, so I made these phone calls from his hospital rooms. I had some terrible stains in my carpet from my dog getting sick and I needed someone to come out asap to help with the carpet cleaning. Hughes was very responsive and professional!!
