The Huerkamp Group did an outstanding job of managing a sale for my mother. I am out of state in California and manage my mothers affairs. Jason and Kat kept open lines of communication at all times and I always knew the status of the process. Paperwork was timely, no fire drills or emergencies. I have used the Huerkamp Home Group for my personal sale and purchase, and have referred multiple friends and other family members to the team. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They sold my home in the middle of winter with in 30 days and negotiated incredibly well on the purchase of my new home. We received our asking price and bought our new home for under market value. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my real estate needs!
