Ian helped me find my new home in the fall of 2017. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the home buying process. There was no pressure to look at homes outside of my price range or outside my desired location. He let me talk through the things I liked or disliked about each house and pointed out certain details I would not have noticed. We are so pleased we went with Ian and his team at Keller Williams. He really took the time to get to know us and find exactly what we were looking for our in our desired location. He was very responsive to our texts and emails and handeled everything with such patience. After closing there was an issue with our home and he resolved it with a quick turn around time. We had such an incredibly positive experience from start to finish with Ian and his entire team! They greatly reduced the stress that goes into buying a home.

Jason was extremely helpful through my entire home search. He spent an entire afternoon with me going from open house to open house explaining to me what to look for when purchasing an older home. When I found the house I wanted he actively persued it and helped bring the price down 10k from the asking price. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jason came out to my place and came up with a plan to sell my home. We did what he and his team asked and after listing. We had and offer at full price within 24 hours. We had another realtor before Jason. The man was late constantly, he called to cancel showings and he was not always upfront with us about the details. Needless to say we switched realtors and were lucky enough to get Jason, The difference was obvious immediately. Jason was always punctual, never had any problem showing up and had a wealth of information about homes. We told him what we were looking for and he found it! He knows the White Bear area well. We are very pleased with our experience with him. Great guy!

Colin was an outstanding partner to work with in our home search.
