We were so lucky to have Ian as our real estate agent! We were first-time homebuyers in a seller's market and appreciated having Ian's expertise throughout the process. Ian was super responsive and was able to get us into houses on the market as soon as they were listed. Also, Ian and his real estate partner, Cooper, are both kind and genuine people. Thanks to them, we now own our very first home. I would highly recommend them to my closest friends!

Jason was so great. I was looking into buying my first home and he was there every step of the way. Anytime, day or night, I had a question or apprehension towards the whole experience he was there to help me through it.

Don’t waste time searching any further than Colin and his team. They were beyond helpful and professional throughout our buying process in Woodbury Minnesota. Every call was answered or returned promptly and every action was closed. Every little worry or question I had was put at ease and the team consistently deliver beyond what was expected. I would recommend them to anybody I know and will use them again if I ever have to move.

My husband and I had talked with a few realtors before speaking and meeting with Jason, in doing so we felt a little more comfortable about the process in buying our new home. Jason was great with communication, let us know about anything we wanted to know and more and would check in with us in between time. We also liked that he would make time for us when we needed it. We appreciate him and working hard for us, we definitely will be recommending him to anyone that is buying!

Ian was the perfect realtor to have by our side. We were first time home buyers and he made himself available for questions whenever we had them. At no point in the process did I feel pressured or pushed, he was willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see until we found the one for us. Next time I buy or sell a home, Ian will be my first call. I cannot say enough nice things about Ian.

Jason was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and patient, he helped my husband and I with the purchase of a new home as well as the sale of our previous home. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone looking to buy a new home. Andy is very knowledgeable about major structural items to consider when buying a home. Andy was always very responsive to my requests to view a home, even on the holidays. He was quick to respond with getting offers placed in a timely manner.
