Ian is an amazing realtor!! I was SO happy with him and found the Perfect home. I had worked with a few realtors in the past that made me feel rushed in my decision making and were overbearing - Ian was the opposite. He was kind, laid back, responsive, accommodating (I was looking for homes from out of state), and I always felt I could trust him completely! I would highly recommend Ian to anyone and everyone!

Ashli was prompt and responsive and very knowledgeable about the process. She guided without being pushy. We had a competitive bid situation and Ashli provided great advice about how to secure the property in a reasonable and rational way. Her supporting team also did a great job of proving documents and helpful information.

It was such a pleasure working with Ian. He took all of our wants and needs into consideration to help us find our perfect home. He was very accessible and a wonderful communicator. We always felt in the loop and educated on each step of the process. Most importantly, Ian was extremely genuine and caring throughout the whole process. Working with Ian to purchase my first home was a great experience. I had no idea what to expect from a realtor and I really appreciated that Ian took the time to educate me on the processes and next steps. I never felt that he was inaccessible day or night. Overall, I think that Ian’s attentiveness, accessibility and ability to get the job done were the major factors that got me into a home I’m very happy with in a crazy market!

Worked with Jason to buy 2 homes and sell 1 home (home had multiple offers in 2 days), fantastic experience I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has a keen eye for things to watch out for when walking through homes. Very responsive to all of our questions, a knowledgeable resource for any question we had about the process. He especially helped during negotiations to keep my wife and I cool and calm. I felt I could trust him to look out for our best interests and get us a good deal on each home sale or purchase.
