Jason did a great job keeping us up to date on things going on in the market, with both interest rates, how to structure a deal, and the best approach when making an offer on a house. I also decided to keep my other house and turn it into a rental property and he was able to guide me on that piece as well.

We found out about the Huerkamp Team (Keller Williams) through the Dave Ramsey website. They contacted us immediately and got to work right away. They answered all our questions and accommodated our rushed schedule and tight timeline. My wife and I drove from Oklahoma to Minnesota and only had one weekend to find a house.
