Jason made buying our first home stress free. I have no reserves about Jason and would recommend him to anybody and everybody. Jason's knowledge of the construction trade helps with the decision making when shopping the market for a home and he is able to point out details easily missed by an untrained eye which may deter or detract from the value or integrity of the house. We found both Jason and Brooke Huerkamp to be the best realtors that we have ever worked with. Not only did they help us find and buy a house that was the best fit for us, they also gave expert advice in helping us sell our house in Wisconsin. Jason and Brooke where great to work with. They where helpfull and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made time for me to look at homes on weekdays and weekends and where very accommodating to my schedule. I did not feel like this agent gave me any attention; other than what was required. Because I was out of state, I was not able to walk through the house myself. I had asked him to take pictures. The pictures were poor and didn't show much. He did not return phone calls, or emails, in a timely fashion. I did try to purchase this house through the HUDstore. We were very glad to work with Jason & Brooke Huerkamp. Being first-time homebuyers we were initially very skeptical about the whole process/negotiations and loan closing blues. Jason was more than just a realtor: excellent guide that helped us with our first homebuying experience and a great resource for the pre & post loan closing. Jason, Brooke and their team are so helpful. I am sure they have many other clients, but I felt like their first priority, my calls where returned promptly, and research was done to make sure I was getting the most for my money. They also have an extensive knowledge of communities through out the Twin Cities, they had information on school systems, property tax levels, local stores. I can not say enough about my experience.
