Both Jason and Brooke were easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We were under a bit of a time crunch and they both helped us to look at as many houses as we could to find the perfect one. With each tour Jason worked hard to help us narrow down what our wants and needs for a new home would be and with his help we found the best one for us. We are so happy in our new home! Both Jason and Brooke worked incredibly hard to find us the right house and we are so thankful for their help!

Jason and Brooke were really great to work with. Buying a home was new to me so I had a lot of questions, but they were always happy (and quick) to respond and help me understand the process. I appreciated the honest feedback I received on the homes we visited; I knew they were not trying to sell me just any house, but they wanted to find me the right house and at the right price. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Jason and Brooke were recommended to us by a neighbor. We clicked with Jason immediately. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He and his stager were extremely helpful narrowing down what we should do before listing. We listed on a Monday, received an offer the following Friday, and closed two months later. Couldn't have gone better. We have already recommended him to our son and would not hesitate to use him again.

The Huerkamp team helped us sell our home in Apple Valley and purchase a new home in Eden Prairie. Jason has a great working knowledge of what to look for in a new home. He was a helpful but not a pushy participant in our home buying process. He also helped us tremendously through the purchase and inspection of our new home.
