Colin and his team were simply phenomenal! We were given step by step guidance on the preparation and listing of our home. Daniel was very insightful about the neighborhoods i was looking in. He did his research on local eateries, schools, parks, and other attributes about each neighborhood he showed me houses in. Daniel was very patient with me during my search. Half way through my search for a new home in the St. Paul area, I accepted a new job in Mankato.
