I believe Colin did an excellent job of positioning us and negotiating excellent terms on the purchase (price, closing date, etc.) of our new home. Throughout the search process I was always confident he was providing honest and objective feedback on each potential deal. I would definitely recommend Colin and his team to anyone.

We first worked with Colin to find our first home in 2015 He showed great expertise and was keen to what we needed and wanted in a home. He took the time to learn our likes and dislikes and within a short period narrowed it down a home that fit what we wanted. When we decided to 2018 we knew we wanted to work with Colin, no doubt. Colin helped me purchase my first home in 2016, and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Colin and I looked at about 8 properties throughout the south metro before we found the one that I ultimately purchased. He was very patient and gave honest opinions to help me pick the right property. Colin also introduced me to a lender and home inspector that were great to work with as well. I would highly recommend working with Colin and his team.

Mr. Wagner was very prompt and thorough with all aspects of the marketing and the selling process. He was easy to talk to and explained things in simple terms, making it easy to communicate. Ian was extremely helpful during the purchase of our condo. He rearranged his schedule to meet us in very short notice and helped us make an offer that was accepted by the sellers. He is very knowledgeable in the downtown Minneapolis market and is very pleasant to work with!

We worked with Colin Manson to buy our home in 2016. He was so knowledgeable about structure and gave us insight into what to look for in the home and the surrounding property. We were able to get an amazing deal on a solid property. Now two years later we went back to Colin to sell our home. He is the best and I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling your home.
