Ashli is very expert on both selling and buying homes. I sold my home and bought new home. She knows what I want even though I don't tell her. She's so quick getting an answer for me . Day night ,she does everything when we have questions. I'm so lucky to get to know her.

Ian is super easy to work with. We were working with a small budget in a hot market and he was very respectful of that. We never felt pressured by him to buy anything quickly. We looked at many houses, it took us many months of searching for what we thought was just right in our buget and he was very patient with that. He always answered our emails/texts/calls promptly even on nights and weekends. All around Ian is super professional, very friendly and we had a great experience with him.

We just sold our first house and had no idea what we were doing. Ian was there every step of the way! Ian and his team made the process so easy for us. He made sure we knew what was going on and what we needed to do. He was also always there to answer any questions we had at any time. Selling our house with Ian was a great experience!
