Rick and the people in the parts department are incredibly helpful and they get the parts quickly. I've bought numerous parts over the years and Rick's knowledge of cars and parts is very impressive and he is great in dealing with customers.
Very disappointed. Bought a used car that seemed fine for my 17 year old daughter. The car lasted for less than 24 hours and started stalling in the middle of traffic. Then the speedometer stopped working and now a week later the starter went. It's been with the mechanic for a week and he is saying that everything has been tinkered with in order to get it sold. The WORST customer service!! Both times I walked in I was ignored on top of that I had to help myself to get a book on an SUV I was interested in. The first time I walked in I was willing to BUY a brand new SUV and because of the way I was treated, I walked out on the sale. I will not never return to this place again
