On June 12th I spoke with John from Srt8 and reluctantly made appointment at Hudson Chrysler Dodge Service on June 27. In the past few weeks, I also spoke with Wanda (Corporate office), Sharleen (SRT8 service) and Lynn (SRT Supervisor) who were all very helpful and understanding. I bought a BRAND NEW jeep with a defect, was told by JEEP that I could bring it to ANY JEEP DEALERSHIP to get it fixed. Needless to say I was turned away with NO explaination...They basically washed their hands of it...
