Very unprofessional, my niece bought her first car at this dealer; after a month and a week she finds out that they haven't send the documents do DMV and they dont habe an explenation why this happened and dont know when she can get plates and registration. All they care is about making their sale and that you complete the survey...to bad that i can't complete the survey now I will give a 1 to my sales rep and all the staff...very dissapointed..definitely not a good experience for a first time buyer

Hey guys is my service done? Car has been trying to get completed for 3 months now literally and now the past 3 days, 3 days after it was supposed to be ready, am just trying to get confirmation that my cars ready but have been put on hold twice, transferred to Ali twice, and placed on hold by Hector for 13.5 minutes but still haven’t gotten a simple yes or no. We've been dealing with Hudson Jeep since 2008 because the staff are cool especially our salesman Julio. Declan and John are also very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Hudson Jeep on 625 Route 440 South Jersey City. Look for Julio. Great guy.
