Just bought a new 2016 jeep Cherokee and had a great experience! My sales man Henry was dedicated and didn't stop fighting for me until I got a fair price for my trade in. Thank you very much Hudson CJD team! They were also very honest and easy going. My only complain if any is that I waited quite a while to finalize my paperwork but again in the end the finance guy was a pleasure and speedy. 10/10 5 stars!!!
I'm giving this 5 star review because I shopped around a lot before I came to Hudson Chrysler dodge and jeep. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a big smile by Antonio Francisco, his a great sales person. Unlike other sales reps at other dealer he made me feel helped to get the most for my money and not just another sale. I ended leasing a new jeep Cherokee 2015 and I couldn't be happier!!!! I assign a poor review based on the experience of handling a Chrysler recall. Between the dealer and the brand (Chrysler) they should be figuring out ways to help the customer when the customer isn't able to drive his car. This doesn't seem to be the case as they keep passing the buck . either its parts not available, or the service engineer cannot perform the required service before a month. And this is a recall that is for a fault that FCA themselves say can cause fatal accidents.

Excellent, excellent service. Bought my first Jeep Wrangler here last week and it's the best car purchase I could make. The staff are very friendly and always want to help. I bought a used vehicle from Antonio and they really help out. Will be coming back to purchase another vehicle In the future. Great sales team and was not so pushy like other dealers in area. I was a competitors place and they where rude and disrespectful.

Recently purchased a truck here and would highly recommend Manny Frias the salesman. He was awesome. Didn't push us or harrass us like most salespeople do. John Concalves was also awesome. He worked with us to get what we wanted and to pay what we wanted. The price was the price. Nothing added after you make the deal. The worst experience imaginable. Went there in search of a Dodge Durango and received help from Ronnie who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The nightmare started when the paperwork process began. I wasn't crazy about the deal they offered so I decided to leave and research other places. The next day I realized that they never returned my license and when I went back I find out it was shredded!!! Really..? Who shredds drivers license??? Since you can't close a deal you shredd my license!?! Don't do business with these guys... read more
