Ron Roman of HTI Home Inspections was great. He arrived early and did a very thorough inspection. His report was extensive. He let me follow him around asking questions and he pointed out every little detail that could be a potential issue down the road. I highly recommend HTI to anyone in need of a great home inspector.
I hired HTI to attend the walk through of my house before closing in order to help me identify any major issues and any items to include on a punch list for the builder to complete. Ron Roman was very professional and identified numerous issues that needed to be addressed before closing. Had I not hired HTI, I would have closed with various items not identified that I would have most likely had to fix on my own in the future. Ron Roman inspected a home we are buying and was absolutely fantastic. He talked a lot and was very thorough. We are first time homebuyers, so he gave us a complete rundown on everything - including what we should do for maintenance. Even our broker (who has been a home owner for many years) commented on how much she learned from the inspection.
Ron from HTI was great. Very thorough, professional, and honest. I read that there were some communication issues with this company and with Ron, but honestly, we did not have any of these issues. He emailed, called, and spoke with us and our realtor to confirm dates and times he would be there. He did a radon test as well as a home inspection.
