Really easy and smooth home inspection process. I am buying out of state and met with Ron for the inspection. He was thorough, patient, and detail oriented. Ron of HTI Home Inspections is who you want to call if you're buying a house/apt in the Rockville, MD area. He spent a good 90 mins on our inspection and we could not have felt more comfortable going ahead with the home buying process after that. Ron is a great inspector with a team that has just as much knowledge as he does. His report was very easy to read for my agent, myself and the seller.
