Ron from HTI Home Inspection was very professional. As a first time home buyers, we appreciated easy and fast appointment. He done Termite, Radon, Septic and additionally free Pest inspection. The report included photos and maintenance tips. Ron pointed even minor issues what helped us to request repairs from the seller to avoid future problems. We would definitely use him again if we ever purchased another home.

Ron did the home inspection on the house I am buying - he was very thorough, professional and explained what is covered and not covered by the inspection. He showed us where main switch for water, heat, etc. was which was really helpful. The seller came back with a come back on an item that Ron found, Ron went back a second to double check - really great! :)

My husband and I are first time home buyers and needed a home inspection...fast! Ron got back with me in a very short amount of time and we were able to quickly obtain an appointment. Without wasting anytime, HTI thoroughly inspected the property and provided us with a very detailed report. I hired Ron to do a home inspection for me. I have never bought a house before, so I didn't know what to expect, much less ask the right questions. Ron was very helpful in the process. He explained everything to me - what he did, what he didn't do, etc. He was very thorough. He told me what to worry about and what not to worry about (ie, easily fixable). And in the end, he gave me an honest opinion about the condition of the house, which was good, so I'm very happy for that.

Ron Roman of HTI Home Inspections did a great job. He spent three hours and really took his time going over every detail of the house and gave us a long detailed report. My dad is an engineer and talked to him about everything and asked him lots of questions and my dad was impressed too. I also called very last minute for an appointment and Ron went out of his way to meet me on short notice. Thank you!

We recently had Ron Romans of HTI Home Inspections conduct a home inspection on our home and we were extremely pleased with his work. He did all the necessary checks and was extremely knowledgeable. He was honest in answering all the questions The inspection reports came in the next day as promised and Ron was easily accessible via email or phone.
